Features of a Torsion Trailer Axle without brake.

 

1) Torsion Axle is a kind of independent suspension which attached to trailer frame directly and no leaf spring needed.

 

2) Torsion axle provide suspension characters through the steel torsion bar and the rubber cords in the axle beam.

 

3) Torsion axle no brake is fitted with casting idler hub. 

 

4) There are grease nipple on the spindle for ease lubing bearing.

 

5) Although the no brake fitted the brake mounting flange are welded on.
So the idle hub can be changed to brake drum when needed. 

 

6) The easy installation brackets can be supplied in various kinds and sizes.
