We make torsion axles with weight capacity of 2200lbs to 7000lbs. It can be with idle hub or electric brake, hydraulic brake and mechanic brake. 

We supply Europe style axles too with weight capacity of 750kg to 2.0 tons with mechanic drum brake.

Our axles get CE certificate and can be exported to EU countires.

Torsion axle Product Features

^{1.As a trailer axle manufacturer we can customize the axle hub to hub face length and mounting brake length according to each customer's requirement to fit each trailer very well.
2.Axle beam are made of high quality sturdy steel tube and spindle are made of high quality steel to avoid any brake happen. 
3.Spindle is built with grease zerk for easy lube use.
4.Angle can be vary from 45° up to 45° down base on different requirement}

^{5.All the bearing and seals and dust cap are American market standards. Customer can find replaced spare parts easily. 
6.Torsion axle beam and idle hub can be hot dip galvanizing or black painted surface finish for anti-corrosion purpose. 
7.Cast iron hubs/drums are sturdy and durable.
8.Brake mounting plate are added on idle hub axle. If customer want to change idle axle to brake axle it can be done easily.
9.Axle beam with V bend axle use on boat trailers are available.}
